It's called e-backup, and it works well, even with Jaws.
Backs up the following:
Windows address book
Internet Explorer favorites
Outlook Express identities, including blocked senders list, message rules,
and account imformation.
Custom folders.
Can bbe used to transfer identities from one computer to another.

Someone did tell me on the list that you can get a little utility to do this
on the JFWLite WEB site but I have never had a chance to check it out to be
honest.
