Me too, Steve! Wasn't that a Beta version? I have evrything critical
set to automatic also, and don't have this item either.

That's strange. Check on Windows Update and see if it's an optional
download. You might have to select it to have it included as a
download. They typically have optional items as well as normal
security
patches.
