    hello Stephen!

That's a big problem. may be I suggest to have a clean installation of
your windows again. I mean, you need to reformat your system in order to
delete that unknown program.

Where did you get that program?

    Regards,

    Blade

        Hello!

After doing all of those, did you still so the program on your
Add/remove programs?

Do you have a program RegScrubXP?

        Regards,

        Blade

          blade.

yes i have tried this and no luck.

i have also tried a program which i had my wife use in windows safe
mode which is meant to remove all this malware but again no luck.

am a little concerned that no matter what i try to use it doesn't
seem to work.

i have tried macafee, add aware, spyware doctor and none work.

spyware doctor recognises it but when i delete it and reboot there it
is again.

            Hello Stephen!
Have you tried to remove that program using Add/Remove programs
under your control panel?

            Regards,

            Blade

              hello list.

does anyone have any information on or how to remove this piece
of annoying software?

have tried a few steps but none of which have worked so far.

              appreciate any help.
