Hello!

After doing all of those, did you still so the program on your Add/remove
programs?

Do you have a program RegScrubXP?

Regards,

Blade

  blade.

yes i have tried this and no luck.

i have also tried a program which i had my wife use in windows safe mode
which is meant to remove all this malware but again no luck.

am a little concerned that no matter what i try to use it doesn't seem to
work.

i have tried macafee, add aware, spyware doctor and none work.

spyware doctor recognises it but when i delete it and reboot there it is
again.

    Hello Stephen!
Have you tried to remove that program using Add/Remove programs under your
control panel?

    Regards,

    Blade
