HI:

When you ran adware, did you do a full system scan or did you go with the 
default? The full system scan will scan the memory as well. Some spyware will 
stay in memory while you remove it from the drive, and then reinstall itself 
back on to the drive. So you need something that will scan your memory at the 
sametime.

yes i have tried this and no luck.

i have also tried a program which i had my wife use in windows safe mode which 
is meant to remove all this malware but again no luck.

am a little concerned that no matter what i try to use it doesn't seem to work.

i have tried macafee, add aware, spyware doctor and none work.

spyware doctor recognises it but when i delete it and reboot there it is again.
