Re: Word 2002 format Page no

entering Page Number:
Step 1:  Press Alt-V to pull down the View menu. Then, press H to choose the
Header and Footer command.
The focus is in the header.
Step 2:  Press the Down Arrow key twice to move to the footer.
Step 3:  Press Enter to move to the next line. Then, press Ctrl-R to right
align the paragraph. JFW announces, "Right Aligned."
Step 4:  Type Page:, followed by a space.
Next, you will choose the Page Number button on the Header and Footer
toolbar.
Step 5:  Press Alt to move the focus to the menu bar. Then, press Ctrl-Tab
until JFW announces, "Menu Active Insert AutoText Button Menu S."
Step 6:  Press the Right Arrow key until JFW announces, "Page Number
Button." Then, press Enter.
When you press Enter, Word inserts the page number field. JFW announces,
"Leaving Menus  Format Pages.doc  Edit."
Step 7:  Press Insert-Up Arrow to read the current line. JFW announces,
"Page: 1."
The number 1 refers to the page number. This number changes depending on
which page the insertion point appears when you read the footer.
Step 8:  Press Alt-V to pull down the View menu. JFW announces, "Menu Active
Normal." Then, press H to choose the Header and Footer command.
Or
Step 1:  Press Ctrl-End to move to the bottom of the document.
Step 2:  Press the Up Arrow key until JFW announces, "Last Page." Then,
press End to move the insertion point to the end of the line.
Step 3:  Press Alt-I to pull down the Insert menu. Press the Down Arrow key
until the Field command is selected, and then press Enter.
Step 4:  Press Shift-Tab to move to the Categories list box.
Down Arrow key until the Numbering option is selected.
Step 5:  Press Tab to move to the Field Names list box.
Step 6:  Press the Down Arrow key until the Page option is selected.
Step 7:  Press Enter to activate the OK button.
The Field dialog box closes, and Word inserts the page number in the
document.
Step 8:  Press Insert-Up Arrow to read the current line. JFW announces,
"Last Page: 3."
