Re: Word 2002 format question

Hey Ann,

To make changes in word documents Headers and footers, follow the
follwing steps:

1. Press alt+v to open "View" menu.

2. Arrow down to "Header and footer", and press enter.

You will be able to make changes from here.

To go back to normal view: Press alt+v, and down arrow to "Normal" and
press enter.
