Well some may disaggree with you about saying msaa is well defined. Gnome accessibility is pretty well defined, but hasn't been developed enough yet Gnopernicus is still kind of a beta product compared to the commandline counterparts like emacspeak which will work with some xwindows systems and speakup which is strictly command line.
