Hi, another note is disable anything that you have loaded at startup
that you do not need loaded at startup
Often programs loading at startup can cause problems with interaction
between the screen reader and the os.

No I am just frustrated because I've had to shutdown my computer the
cold way, and reboot, and then shutdown the cold way, and reboot, and
the cycle keeps going on. That is why I am frustrated at Jaws, and
wanting some explanation as to why Jaws does this stupid thing. Before
someone says then why don't you use window-eyes I tried to give
window-eyes a chance, but unfortuneately jaws does a better job with the
braille displays, and the speech isn't choppy, but that still doesn't
mean it is acceptalbe for Jaws to lock up my pc all the time. There has
to be an explanation for this behavior. I've seen too many people just
say well go to the task manager and turn off the program. That doesn't
explan why jaws does that.
