I understand your frustration, but stop and think about this!
Like the misspellings in your message, computers also have errors.
Perhaps the problem isn't with Jaws at all, but a quirk in your machine.
I too, am using Jaws, and Outlook Express, and do not experience this
situation.
No 2 computers are exactly alike, so while you and 100 other people are
using the same,
operating system, same screen reader, and same application, some may
experience situations that others do not.
Take a deep breath, and listen to the suggestions of others on the list,
they may be able to solve your current situation.
