Thank you all for your help. I am using Jack's email because he was the key
person to help me. He's basically right. I am in one of the other
Earthling account and I was trying to get into my main account which did not
work - Jack's message mad me realize that I am actually on my main account.
So I tried one of my other email accounts and it worked!

However, I tried pressing the letter C for Check but this did not work and I
had to tab, tab, tab to get there. Then I tried letter I to get into my
Inbox and it did not work either and so tab, tab, tab.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Jeff
