hi. This only seems to happen on replies to messages.  for example right 
now, I looked at the original message that Jim sent, and there are no =20 
or other strange symbols in the original message in he thread, but replies 
seem to have them.
  So, if you replied to Jim's original on this thread, check your Outlook 
express or other client settings, and make sure that  you are posting in 
plane text instead of html, and that the option for using quoted printable 
is turned off. In Outlook express, in the options, find the html settings 
button, and make sure that the  Mime message format encode messages using 
combo box is set to none.
