Jim, after installing XP-2 my international settings had been changed by 
windows. I went in and manually set them back to original settings. Haven't a 
clue why this happened.
Under tools and options and on the send page, press spacebar on international 
settings. You should have (the 29th item) I believe it is, (western European 
checked. This is the default setting.
