Restore in XP help needed

Hello llist,
I am attempting to do a system restore and usually have someone sighted
around when I do it but am alone this time. Can someone give me some help
on how to choose a day? I see a lot of abbreviations for weekdays and I see
some numbers but don't have a clue as to how to choose one. Any help is
appreciated.
