Don,

Are you sure you don't mean "Insert Shift R?" That's the official key 
combination these days, I think. I had it set up as Control Shift R myself, 
back in Jaws 7, because it was much handier under my fingers, but I had to 
change something in Keyboard manager to get it that way.

    Well, that's interesting. Yes, I did receive your message that was sent
directly to me. So, if you did this using JAWS 9 and the Shift Control r key
combination and if you did not already have me in your address book, then
you are probably the only one who can do this. Even the guys at FS have
found this function to be working improperly in JAWS 9.
