Hi, I just went to www.capitalone.comand clicked the "log in" link. In the resulting page I was able to see the user name and password fields just fine using JAWS 9 build 2152.
I've had weird things like the Capital One problem show up at Washington Mutual's site, and for some reason, deleting my cookies and temporary Internet files, then going back in solved the problem.
Hope this helps. Tom----- Original Message ----- From: "Lora" <loravara@xxxxxxxxxxx>

OK, I use this site to pay my Capital One credit card. Up until a few months ago it seemed to work fine. Now, when I load this page and click Login, I go to a page where JAWS doesn't see the Username and Password fields. Even when I have sighted assistance, and they click in one of those fields, JAWS doesn't see them. This occurs with JAWS 8 and 9. At first I thought that maybe I was clicking on the wrong link, but no ... Once again, verified with sighted assistance, I click on Login and the correct page loads, but JAWS just doesn't see the edit fields. This is peculiar, as it used to work, and once I'm logged in, everything onthe site works. Did I change some obscure setting somewhere, or did Capital One change thesite somehow? Does anyone else have this problem when they try to use thispage?
