Unfortunately this probably means the document contains scanned images of the pages. In my case I open the document with Kurzweil 1000 which recognizes the pages and converts them to speech.

This document is less than ten pages and I really need access to this information. Save as text resulted in a blank document as well. I searched the Adobe site but no luck on resolving this problem.
