Yes there is. It's not supported as well as Outlook Express is. For example, 
you can't "group messages by conversation" and have Jaws announce collapsed and 
expanded like it does in Outlook Express. I tried using Outlook, but it seems 
there are not many (in fact, any) blind users that can help you with all 
issues, probably because it's not fully supported.
