In Outlook, the quickest way to do it if Word isn't set as your default
email editor is to type and have auto-complete complete the name for you.
If word is your default Email editor, press control+n for a new message.
Then shift+tab until you find the "to" button, press enter and you'll see a
list of all your contacts. Select which one you want to send messages to,
tab and hit the to> button. Then you can shift+tab to select other contacts
if you wish. When you're done, hit OK to exit.
