Hi Jeannie, on the www.symantec.com webstie there are instrcutions on how to 
completely uninstall Norton products. If I remember right with the 2003 
version you have to do some crazy things besides just going to add/remove. I 
can't remembere the link you need to click on, but if you type uninstalling 
or completely removing 2003 it will give you the link of where you need to 
go. Thankfully the 2004 doesn't have all that crazy stuff to do to completey 
remove Norton.
