Hi, AVG Free works very well with JAWS out of the box. Get it at

of Norton Anti Virus. Did you have a previous version of Norton Anti Virus or 
any other anti virus program on your system before you installed NAV 2008?



    If you had a previous version of Norton Anti Virus or any other virus 
scanning program, I would remove them all first. I would also remove Norton 
Anti Virus 2008 and then try to do a clean install of NAV 2008.



    Also, how accessible is the 2008 version of Norton Anti Virus? The 2007 
version was not very accessible. Did you require sighted assistance to install 
the 2008 version?

    I am using Norton antivirus 2008, with Jaws 6.0.  My machine is using

    The error message is:



    npcLUStb.exe - Bad Image
    The application or DLL C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec

your installation diskette.

      Also, can you provide more details on the error message you are getting? 
Sometimes, you can find more information on the error message by virtualizing 
the current window with the error message. To do this, press the key 
combination Jaws key plus control W. You can then use your arrow keys to move 
around the window to read the error messages that may have come up.
