Hi Shannon, you shouldn't havee to use the jaws cursor to read the messages in the conversation window. You should be ablee to use the alt 1 through 0 to read the previous ten messages. I've never had my conversation window announce the fonts or anything. Here is a tip. You can quickly jump to the history by pressing f6. Then to go back to the conversation window press f6 again.
