Hi Shannon, what version of jaws are you using? I assume you are using
windows xp home? If you are using jaws 5.1, or above you can press alt 1
through 0 on the number to reead thee last ten messages in a conversation
window. If you are having trouble make suree the conversation window is
maximized.

I received information on downloading MSN 6.2 without having to upgrade to
latest version. The only problem I am now having is I can sign on and write
instant messages to contacts but can't read any reply from them. What, if
any, settings to I need to change? Thanks a lot. Or an I wrong about
needing to change settings at all.
