Hi,
You can run Windows XP or Windows 7 on a Intel  Mac using either VMWare Fusion 
or Bootcamp.  You then run JAWS within that operating system. I personally use 
VMWare because I can run it at the same time as I run OS X.  There are some 
JAWS key mapping problems on laptop Macs but otherwise I don't notice any other 
problems.
