Well the first time tried that without removing the downloaded version of
jaws 9 and things went south or goofy right away and that's when noticed the
version changed from 9.0.515 to 9.0.519 then nothing worked right as far as
the ctrl key shutting or stopping speech and couldn't navigate until the
speech stopped talking. That's when decided to uninstall what had installed
and use the so called replacement sma Jaws 9.0 cd and still didn't work
correctly or install properly either and when did still had the same
problems. I didn't nor don't have any of these problems with the downloaded
version of jaws 9.0.515 which is what went back to using. So will be
calling FS tomorrow about this as didn't pay for a corrupted sma cd which
thank goodness they got the copy right on the web ha-ha.

Hi. There really wasn't a need to uninstall your downloaded version
of JAWS. The only difference about the CD is that you can just
install the training material from it right after you install JAWS.
and even the training materials are downloadable from the FS site. I
do think that it was rather silly for FS to have shipped out cd's
without doing some kind of quality control. I mean, here I am a
regular guy and I've been burning my own cd's for years and I think
I've only made 2 or 3 coasters in my time. It's really not that hard.
So, keep your downloadable copy of JAWS 9 on a cd somewhere, and use
your JAWS 9 CD as a coaster for your next cold beer.
