Hi. There really wasn't a need to uninstall your downloaded version of JAWS. The only difference about the CD is that you can just install the training material from it right after you install JAWS. and even the training materials are downloadable from the FS site. I do think that it was rather silly for FS to have shipped out cd's without doing some kind of quality control. I mean, here I am a regular guy and I've been burning my own cd's for years and I think I've only made 2 or 3 coasters in my time. It's really not that hard. So, keep your downloadable copy of JAWS 9 on a cd somewhere, and use your JAWS 9 CD as a coaster for your next cold beer.
