Question regarding importing .txt data into Excel

Greetings,
I am trying to import data from a comma separated text file into Excel. I
am unable to delete breakpoints, insert breakpoints, or modify the position
of the existing breakpoints. Does anyone here have knowledge as to how this
is done using Jaws? Thank you for your time and consideration.
