what is your operating system, what is the version of Lunar?
If the version is older, it may first be necessary to uninstall lunar, or
if possible, to uninstall the display chaining driver from Dolphin.
As I do not use Dolphin products, I cannot give you any concrete steps on
how to proced.
When you speak of downloading JAWS 11.0 and the clicks, are you saying you
perform an Update of a JAWS Beta version, or are you downloading the
Release from
ftp://ftp.freedomscientific.com/users/hj/private/WebFiles/JAWS/J11.0.729-32bit.exe
Download the file from this link, save it to a location you can access
easily, and try installing JAWS with this.
Does your PC start up?
Do you have any other screen reader available, in case something goes
wrong with the JAWS 11.0 install?
One alternative is the narrator, accessed by pressing WindoesKey+r
together, then typing narrator into the edit box.
Or the open source screen reader NVDA, which can be obtained from:
www.nvda-project.org.
