Hi Robert and list,
It is caused by Popup Blocker. In this case,
you'll need to press Alt n to access
Information Bar and press SPACE to access
Toolbar menu then choose Jownload or Install
or whatever.

when you browser detects a
firewall setting preventing you to run an
active X control on the page. If
that the case you need to go to your menu
toolbar,options and then security
and make the change
