Jim,
Did you try these things one at a time, so that you could learn which action 
it was that fixed your problem? Or did you just do all three, and now you 
still don't know which it actually was?

When I had problems with a certain web site I contacted their techy
department and they told me to do the same and things have been fine ever
since.

internet files, and your kookies. If this are not work, try to contact
