No, that wouldn't work because JFW would not be running when the sighted
users selected the log off command. What she may have to do is use first
letter navigation to select her user account (on the log on screen) tab
once and type in her password and hit enter. That should log her in and
then she can run JFW from there.

script to load jaws as a service when the log off prompt was selected
and
then run the log off routine after jaws was loaded.

Part of the problem is that for this to work, JAWS has to be running as
a
service. Short of a reboot, I don't believe you can get JAWS to run as a
service from the login prompt. The last user would have to restart JAWS,
as a service, before switching to the login prompt.
