Hi Jeanie, I assume when you go to the website you go to the jaws cursor
right? Do you do a control home to make sure you are starting from the top
of the file. If you are getting some message about active x there should be
something that will let you click something to install it. Can you remember
what message you get or can you paste the message you receive when you go
there. If you want you can send your pasted message to me at
chevelle33@xxxxxxxxxxx
