you would have to rout jaws to pc or use the jaws cursor. Then do a page 
down or up and then arrow up or down depending on witch way you go. Then 
put those moves in your script.
So for example your button was at top two lines down and one move over it 
would look like this.

new script
jaws cursor
jaws pgup
next line
next line
next word, "you could also use mouse left or right here if know pixel 
coordinates
Then what ever you want it to function here
then finish with save cursor
end script
