If you use Goldwave, and the files you need to create must be in a .MP3 format,
you will need to install a plug-in called LAME. There are instructions on how
to do this on the Goldwave website, http://www.goldwave.com.

I just received a request from my employer to excerpt portions of MP3 voice
files and organize them on a CD.
I am absolutely 100% clueless as how to do this. The MP3 files in question
are currently archived on our web site.
Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated.
