1. Place the JAWS cursor where you want to start dragging. 2. Press insert numpad slash to perform a left button lock, which will hold the left mouse button down until you press that keystroke again to unlock it. 3. Now place the JAWS cursor where you want to drop. 4. Press insert numpad slash again to unlock the left mouse button and thus drop whatever you dragged. Hope that helps.
