to put something in the start menu
first copy the shortcut to the clip board
example windows messenger from the desk top or the programs menu
the short cut that launches the program
press the windows key then press escape, so you are on the start button
press the applications key
enter on open
now paste the shortcut, and now close
bada bing bada boom
now it be on the start menu
go crazy

Monica, How do you customize your start menu to do what you want. I can't
figure out how to do that. I am in classic menu now, but would like some
things to be on the start menu. How the heck do you do it.I am running XP
pro and Jaws 6.2. Write me off list if you want or here, whatever works for
you.
Jim
