Yes that's right. When you move a file it will appear at the bottom of the list until either you close then reopen the window, or press f5 for refresh. After that the file will go to wherever it's meant to, according to how the list is ordered, alphabetically by default. You can change certain listing characteristics in the files property menu, just where that is I don't presently remember but it will always end up being sorted by alphabetic order or date or what ever other characteristics are permitted there.
