Hi,

You can also press F5 to refresh the folder list. All files and folders
are, by default, pasted at the end of the list until you refresh or close it
and re-open the folder.

Jim,

Further to Debbie's message about closing and re-opening the file list, you
can also use F5 to refresh the list, at which point the contents will be
re-ordered.

I think a file or folder that has been moved or created in a list appears at
the bottom until you close and re-open the file list where the folder or
file will appear in the order pre-arranged. The default is alphabetical.

Hi Listers, back to basics, I'm attempting to cut a Word document
from within a folder list view in Windows Explorer and paste it at the top
of the folder list. First I select the doc with control C , then arrow-up
to the top of the folder list view, then press home just to be on the safe
side I do control V, JFW announces pasted text from clipboard. But what has
happened a copy of the first document appears at the bottom of the list
view. Help on this fundamental skill will be much
appreciated! I'm using Jaws 6.1 with win XP home.
