Okay, two scenarios.
For existing documents:
 1. cntrl +a to select the entire document
2 go to format,
font, arrow down on the font selection until you hear the one you want,
tab once to style and arrow down until you hear the print style you want
(regular, italics or bold)
arrow down once to size and enter the size you want
then, back tab until you hear "OK" and press enter.
If you want this seledtion to be your default back tab one more time before
you click on "OK" and check yes for default.
This will take care of all new documents as well as the existing one.
If you have a new document and a blank screen just omit the cntrl + A and do
the rest then your template is set.
You *could* just tab down until you hear "default" and then "OK" but it is
about 3 miles down the stream. It is just faster to back tab for the "OK"
selection.

        Hi all.

Does anyone know an easy way to change the font size to say 11, and
the Font itself to Arial?

I need to do this for quite a long document which I will be adding
to regularly. I am wondering also once I have changed it, how I might check
it is still the same at the end or throughout the document?

I'm using Jaws with Vista home.

        Be grateful for any help.j

        Ron
