Cy,You are right about needing to select the text you want to change, but if you use the Shortcut key combinations that have been mentioned, the correct ones, you won't have to deal with the Font dialog at all.

Hi All,Well, I have goofed around with this font change ideas and, they do seem towork - if - you have selected what it is you want to change. If you use the cntrl+A then the entire document will be changed and if you use the shift+down arrow only the selected line will change. You still wind up in the font dialog and have to either tab up about 3 or sotimes or down about a mile to hit "OK" in order for the change to take effect. This is the way I do it. I vaguely recall that there are some other keystrokes to increase or decrease the font size on-the-fly, but can't remember them because either they really don't exists, or because I've never used them. Maybe someone else will know. Does anyone know an easy way to change the font size to say 11, and the Font itself to Arial? I need to do this for quite a long document which I will be adding to regularly. I am wondering also once I have changed it, how I might check it is still the same at the end or throughout the document? I'm using Jaws with Vista home.
