[jawsscripts] Hot Spot key combos?

Hi all,
I am going through Hot Spot Clicker.
One hot key combination in Scratch Live is
Switch sets, delete a set, or create a new set, double click Control Alt Shift
f1
How do I double click using so many fingers to get correct key combo?
FYI I am using a desk top rather than a lap top to learn ScratchLive.
I have songs on a CF card on drive f. Unsure how to define songs to
ScratchLive. Any ideas?
This is quite the challenge.
