Susan Follow these steps... 1. Open Internet Explorer. 2. Press alt T, this will open the tools menu. 3. Press up arrow once and press enter...this wil put you into Internet Options. 4. Press shift key and tab once..this will put you on the General tab of internet options. 5. Press the right arrow key until you hear jaws say "Programs Tab". 6. press the tab key until you hear jaws say something like e-mail combo box...in my case it's two tab key presses. 7. use the up/down arrow keys to select the program you want to use as your default. 8. Press the enter key. All should now work fine. Both appear to work OK here, when you get to the To: edit box press JawsKey+Q and see if it tells you the correct settings are loaded, they should either be Outlook 2002/2003 or Outlook Express as apropriate. If you use different versions of Outlook or Jaws please let us know what these are. Regards.
