Susan, When on your webpage you want to send, press insert + A twice quickly, which will then make jaws speak the URL or page address, like http://www whatever .com Press right mouse button and arrow down to cut or copy to clipboard, then just go to your outlook programme and start a new message to the recipient intended and it will auto complete as you are used to. In the body of the message, just press Ctrl + V and the webpage address will then be pasted into your e mail.
