Follow these steps...
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Press alt T, this will open the tools menu.
3. Press up arrow once and press enter...this wil put you
into Internet Options.
4. Press shift key and tab once..this will put you on the
General tab of internet options.
5. Press the right arrow key until you hear jaws say
"Programs Tab".
6. press the tab key until you hear jaws say something like
e-mail combo box...in my case it's two tab key presses.
7. use the up/down arrow keys to select the program you
want to use as your default.
8. Press the enter key.
All should now work fine.

outlook express
please?
this is just a whole new setup and my son in law set it up
for me, he had me
using outlook, however as I am used to using outlook I got
him to put me
back on oe, but he must of forgot to put the setting back to
oe.

In tools, internet options, programmes, tab to email and
make sure that it
is the one that you want. If you use Outlook Express, make
sure it's not
set to Outlook.

yes, it is saying Microsoft settings are loaded the
application currently
being used is outlook . dll outld dll
well at least I think this is what jaws is saying. I'm using
outlook express
with jaws 7
when I send emails in outlook express the auto complete
works ok then, it's
only when I'm on the internet.

I have tested both Outlook 2002 and Outlook Express the
latter seems to be
what your message to the list was sent with. Both appear to
work OK here,
when you get to the To: edit box press JawsKey+Q and see if
it tells you the
correct settings are loaded, they should either be Outlook
2002/2003 or
Outlook Express as apropriate. If you use different
versions of Outlook or
Jaws please let us know what these are.
