Hello Paul,

I have always saved e-mails from Outlook Express into my docs. Not
everything I might add, but it has always worked with JAWS.

I too didn't know Microsoft wasn't supporting outlook Express!...

Does anyone know how different Outlook is?...

I have thought that might be the way to go!...

Thanks,

Shirley.
