Once you have your contacts in place, Windows Live Mail really is like 
Outlook Express.

Hello Joan,

My brother has Windows Live, and I know it isn't anywhere near as straight
forward as Outlook Express!...

I am not sure how different Outlook is, but I think it is more like Outlook
Express than any other e-mail programme.

Can anyone give me a run down on Outlook please.
