Hi Bob,
I did have a slight problem with what to type in where, as on the personal
banking screen inside Lloyds TSB's site I wasasked for a membership number,
however I have spoken to my local Lloyds branch about this and have resolved
it and will give the site another try although I will take into account what
you have said.
