Hi Alex I have been using Lloyds TSB online banking for about one year and have no problems. I use XP and Jaws. When you decide to start online banking it is necessary to notify your bank and they will give you a unique number, mine is an eight digit number, you then agree a password and a memorable word. When logging on you will be asked to enter the first numbers followed by three characters from your memorable word. It took me several attempts before I got the hang of this process but I now use this banking method with no problems. Good luck Bob ----- Original Message ----- From: "Alexander Shannon" <alexacts2v4@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <jaws-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, August 14, 2006 9:41 PM Subject: [jaws-uk] Re: a problem with http://wwwlloydstsb.com and Jaws and pop-ups > Hi Tidy, > > Thank you for your reply. > > I thinkthe one of the differences may be that I am running 7.10.452 > although > I do have 7.0 on this machine, > > I also think that one of my problems may be that I have missed out one of > the procedures I need to go through when I log on, because I can not find > the area where I should find my memerable information, although having > looked at the site just now, I am asked for a membrship number in one of > the > screens and I can not remember what that membership number is, therefore I > will have to talk to Lloyds bank about this and then come back to the list > if I have any more problems. > > > Alexander Shannon > > ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- > ** [mailto:jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] > ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: > ** jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > ** and in the Subject line type > ** unsubscribe > ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the > ** immediately-following link:- > ** [mailto:jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] > ** or send a message, to > ** jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq > > ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
