Hi David.

I find that reading word documents works fine now that I have JAWS version 9.0.552.

I am using Office 2003.

It may be worth uninstalling JAWS, downloading the full JFW version 9.0.552 from the website and installing that.

Cheers

graham

Subject: [jaws-uk] Problem with version 9

Hi

Having installed version 9 yesterday and gone through the update process
without mishap, I find that all is well until I try to read a word document.
I am told the document shows up on the screen, but Jaws will not read it.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

David
