Hi Francis/all What Norman says is right. The trouble with most of the documents I seem to translate, however, is that they always seem to contain tables and the like and you end up with a jumble. There is a useful feature under Documents in the Main Menu. This is Accessibility Quick Check. I generally find that within a couple of seconds it tells me that the document is unfriendly, but I suppose it's better to find out sooner than later.
